Squirrel Nests...

   

When Nicholas and I were walking around the yard on Saturday we discovered two squirrel nests in two of our maple trees.  This is the first one.

 

This is the second one.  They are huge.  It's no wonder we have so many squirrels in our yard.

 

A really sweet friend of mine made me this stained glass piece with our house number on it.

 

This is my huge copper mail box.  No, I never polish it.  It would take forever and I like the patina it has gotten.

I wish I could show you some sunshine but we just aren't having much of that.

OK I never knew what a squirrel nest looked like. We have tons of squirrels on our acre of land so I will have to look up in the trees to see if I can find some nests. LOVE the stained glass address sign....beautiful!

Ditto. I wouldn't know a squirrel's nest from a bird nest. How do you tell the difference?
